I am a fan of the Montecristo Open line.

I am a fan of the Montecristo Open line. It is good when they come up with new but quality products. The Master are not my favorite though. Regata is better. Construction can be better! Otherwise lots of coffee and earthy flavors.

Mild but tasty,

Mild but tasty, with the typical Hoyo de monterrey profile of sweet spices and woody notes. Not complex, but all the ones from a couple of boxes I smoked were good smokes.

Excellent value for money.

Just bought a 25 unit box in tubes quite a slow burn, it takes around 40 minutes to smoke one of these nice wrap, spicy flavour. good draw until the end. a bitter tobacco taste in th end. a nice smoke for an every day cigar.

Great looking stick

Great looking stick, with a fairly loose and easy draw. Earth, black pepper are the main flavours that develop in the beginning third. The remainder of the cigar stays predominantly woody throughout.

What a delightful small cigar

What a delightful small cigar. With the winter approaching, I've been trying out some of the smaller cigars, and, though, at first, I was unimpressed, by the time I had smoked 1/3, I was enjoying it. Unique flavor I can't quite put my finger on (but I'll keep trying), and milder than I expected. A very nice morning cigar.
