Sublime cigar, extraordinary middle vitola. This is the example of how a cigar can be smooth but full-bodied, of a meditative and particular ligthness. Herbal in nature, it reserves big surprises towards the end. A smoke to remember.

A great revelation from this marque. A keeper in my books. Very strong and pungent.

This cigar was better than I expected.

This cigar was better than I expected. It had the nice nutty flavours that tend to be a hallmark of the Upmann brand, in my experience. Nice taste of Cuban tobacco, and loads of spice in the last third. The Robusto/Hermoso No. 4 format is one of the most competitive at the moment, and this Upmann is a very solid contender.

Very tasty cigar with the classic H. Upmann flavour, just a bit under the Hallf Corona, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the last third was very agressive, which made this just a 40 minutes smoke. With some age on it, I believe this can be a much better cigar.
